JOLLOF – the beloved rice dish cooked in a delicious sauce takes on various forms, flavors and shades across many countries in West Africa. From Nigeria to Senegal, Jollof rice has been and still remains a highly contested dish.

We’re bringing our party to Dallas, TX. Come out Saturday, July 16th, enjoy good music, good food as we settle this debate once and for all. Your presence is needed to bare witness to this inaugural event. Your ticket allows you to participate in judging by eating Jollof from different countries throughout West Africa.

BLIND TASTE:

During the event your paid ticket will allow you to eat rice along with other small bites from different stations.

Once you have tried rice from all the stations you will then be able to vote on the rice that you enjoyed the most!

You will not know the rice origin till the results are announced.
