LOGISTICS – PLEASE READ!

You’re welcome to RSVP even if you’re not sure you can attend (you can cancel later if needed).

This is what we call a “buffet-style” trip.

Robert and Michele have scheduled a series of events and you are welcome to join us for any or all of them.

The itinerary has some open times for you to rest and/or explore on your own – and of course you can always arrive early or stay over.

Everyone is welcome to attend: Dallas-Fort Worth locals, out-of-town visitors, singles, couples, families, etc.

Guests travel at their own risk and refundable travel reservations are highly recommended.

Your hosts, Robert and Michele, are vaccinated and boosted, and fully support mask-wearing as needed.

We are not collecting any fees from you to participate in this trip. However, gratuities/donations to support our FREE non-profit community programs are welcome, and some attractions charge admission.

Each participant is responsible for obtaining all of their own transportation and accommodations (airfare, hotel, etc.).

Dallas-Fort Worth has limited public transportation options, and our itinerary points are spread out, therefore a car is recommended, but not required.

We’ll provide the exact meeting point (example: “museum entrance”) for each activity prior to the trip date.

As with all of our programs there will be zero tolerance for any inappropriate behavior.

Please note that this group trip is being organized by the non-profit community organization Washington, DC History & Culture / History & Culture Travels (not a travel agency) and we’ve provided all of the information we have available at this time, with additional details to be provided later.

If you require additional assistance beyond our itinerary and/or if you are a high-maintenance traveler we suggest you pay $$$ and work with a professional travel agent for things like transportation and accommodations.

Anything that can’t be determined on your own by the above event description, Google, or common sense, please let us know.

Please be considerate of our time and read all of the trip details before contacting us with questions already answered.
